Phone down and find out that 'oooh, two of the 10 items are back ordered... whole shipment is waiting until they're in' No notice... no e-mail... sweet fuck all. Can't just pick up the phone and order either... they insist I use the web site to order. At least my CC hadn't been charged yet. Downgraded the shipping to regular from air freight.
